Off-the-Peg’ Gowns and Garments – Exchange & Refunds
1.1 Purchases
We do not offer refunds on ‘off-the-peg’ gowns, deposit or full price.
Our gowns are sold as seen at outlet prices and any minor discrepancies have been taken into consideration.
Please ensure that you are entirely happy with your gown at the time of purchase.
Please be fully aware that alterations are your responsibility. We are happy to help you with this service.
If you change your mind we may be willing to exchange your gown for you as long as it is in its original condition in the dress bag provided and with proof of your original purchase receipt. We require you to contact us within 3 days of purchase.
Exchanges may be made for a dress of the same or higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If you exchange for a dress of a lower value no change can be given.
Should your circumstances change and there be a cancellation of your celebration, your contract with WoS gowns will still be enforced.
2.1 Ordered purchases
At WoS gowns when you order your bridesmaids dress or accessories, you will be required to pay a deposit or pay in full.
This deposit covers all charges of cost and administration.
If you change your mind on the style of dress or colour of dress, this will need to be done within 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order with in 3 days, you may get upto 80% of your money back.
After 3 days you will not be entitled to a refund and you are agreeing to pay the balance before collection of the dress/dresses once they arrive in our shop.

3.1 Alterations
All alterations once taken from the shop are non refundable. You will be given the opportunity to try on or inspect your garment before you leave the shop. Any further adjustments that maybe required to your garment will be agreed before you remove your garment from the shop.
3.2
All alterations are to be paid for in cash only.
4.1 Data Protection
Any information we collect from you whilst working with you is locked away safely.
We will never pass on any of your details.
We will never use your details for anything other than its intended purpose.
Once any working contract between customer and Worn Once Sparkles is completed, all data held will be removed from electronic devices and any written paperwork destroyed appropriately.
